I cup young kale or other spring greens
1 cup chopped garlic greens, roots removed
1/4 cup walnuts (or nuts of your choice)
3 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs Parmesan Cheese
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little water if needed.
1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and diced
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups fresh grated Parmesan cheese
3 to 5 large cloves garlic, peeled and minced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in a buttered 8" baking dish and bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
Serve warm with crackers or fresh crusty bread.
