Our farm is located in the rural community of Mara, B.C. We grow two kinds of garlic: Yugoslavian, which is a hardneck variety with 4-6 large cloves which is strong and spicy. We also sell Italian garlic, a milder softneck variety with 8-12 smaller cloves.
